Just traded my car for new model and it was effortless. Able to complete online with only 1 visit to pick it up. They had even changed my plates to the private one. Yugesh was very helpful and nothing to much trouble. First class service and would not use anywhere else
My only issue was that Toyota did not contact me when the replacement wing mirror had arrived. I had to phone them to ask. The fitting of it and keeping me informed was fine. Staff all very nice and friendly. I also appreciate the valeting.
Meeting and greeting Wes excellent. The lady who I had contact with was really good with great communication throughout. I booked for service and MOT, again was brilliant. However, Due to some technical issues with my banking app I asked if I can pay by cash, this was not accepted shocking I had to go to town enter and sort this out. Why you don’t accept cash? Whatever you reason is, just don’t say because of COVID! As No one wearing mask anywhere within your branch as on 17/10/2022.
Loved my experience in upgrading my car finance with Yugesh, he was super helpful throughout the whole process, from choosing a car that suited my needs to notifying me when it arrived. A good deal and great place to buy your next car. Thanks again!
An excellent appointment for the purpose of fitting a replacement battery. Courteous drivers to pick up and deliver the vehicle. A accurate quotation for the work involved. Always a nice surprise that the vehicle is washed and cleaned before being released. No hesitation to give five stars. - well done Toyota !
Considering the changes going on which must be very difficult for the staff the service was excellent. Considering my previous visit however it is worth checking that visitors are aware of the situation. That time my carefully planned maximum hour visit lasted three + hours as I passed the entrance and found it difficult to find a place to turn.. This made me late for my brief inspection with the above result of a considerable waste of time.
MOT fail, but would have liked to have seen the parts replaced as I had seen no sign of any failure, and the parts were expensive. It took two hours for them to inform me and the showroom where I had to wait was freezing. On the plus side the two ladies I met were lovely and the gent who took me home was pleasant.
Went for MOT. Very professional service. Had great communication and sent me a video of the checks performed on my car via text and email. Included an online link to approve any additional works.
I was booked in for my cars second service on the 8th November. Everything went beautifully. I waited for it to be done which I was happy to do so as I had a book to read. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
I had my car collected and returned by a very pleasant guy, service activity was fine particularly liked the health check video. So no problems at all, very happy. Would use of he collect and return service again..
