We just purchased our third Lexus vehicle but this time was first time purchase for my wife, a CT200h. Amazing service from start to finish especially our sales specialist Matthew which is willing to go that extra mile just to make our purchase experience better. Very pleased with our new car, now I know why Lexus dealership service always comes out top in surveys compare to other premium brands.

I know everyone is giving feedback on their product recalls recently. So, I can't say how impressive Nottingham Lexus were yesterday, had a ct200 as a courtesy car, and if I'm honest, I loved it. Went back to my car cleaned inside and out, and considerably more fuel. Not so much that , but the service was impressive too , video sent to my phone of the health check and I'm pretty sure that they've taken my handbrake up. Well impressed to say the least

Never buy a car from them I had brought a q7 from them and I told them about the fault with in a week but they gave it to Toyota to fix it how dum of them to give a German car to Toyota. but the fault has not been put right yet .
