This company has sent me two contracts with a clients personal details on of their car sale, breaching data protection. I have never brought a car from them yet this is now the second time they have used my email address. I contacted the sales executive for used and new cars - Dilip Lakhani who forwarded the personal contacts asking that my email address is removed from their database however another contact has been sent. Wouldn’t trust them!

Parts department hard to find , but helpful.  Prices to make one's eyes water but no doubt in keeping with other dealers.
Sales like any other, PCP is king.

After posting this review with considerable regret, the next morning a member of senior management who had been unaware of the problem, telephoned me. He then personally collected the car from my home, had it repaired the same day and personally returned it to me. It is a great shame that the situation developed in the first place, but once the Service Manager, Neil Offley, became aware the service was beyond first-class. The original review is, "Michael in Sales was courteous, attentive and a pleasure to meet. However, I am very sorry to say that 12 months to the week after I first reported a persistent rattle behind the dashboard  to Service and it was agreed to be a warranty repair, it is still unattended despite numerous visits and being given endless 'reasons' by Reception such as waiting for Citroen to approve the repair. Now after 12 months I am told that I will need to leave the car for two weeks and no loan car. Even so, e-mails asking for a booking are ignored, telephone callbacks never happen and visits take me a two hour journey to achieve very little.  Citroen UK say they will extend the warranty but none of us have been able to persuade the dealer to do it. I bought my first Citroen, a ZX in 1996 and we are very pleased with this C4, the rattle excepted."  With the service we have been given today, we remain a customer and I am sure things will be better in the future.

Jacob on used cars was great, nothing was too much trouble. Recommend that if anyone is interested in buying a newish car then consider calling in,  we are glad we did.
