Recently purchased a car from Gosal motors and I am extremely happy with the car, and my experience with the company. I couldn’t get over to Nottingham to view the car but after looking over the pictures carefully, and speaking to Harvey, I decided to leave a deposit. The car was delivered to my door the following week and as I have already stated, I am very happy with it. The car was accurately described, came with all paperwork as promised, and the customer service was great from start to finish. Buying a car can be a stressful experience, but Harvey was on hand to answer any questions so I was put at ease. The car is lovely, and a pleasure to drive! Thank you all at Gosal motors, I would absolutely recommend Gosal motors to anyone looking to buy a car.
Recently purchased a car from Gosal Motors, excellent customer service from the youngest salesman, Jeevan, not pushy at all, not trying to sell me unnecessary extras to add to the final bill. Definitely got a great deal on this one, reasonable price, would definitely use them again! Recommend them to anyone looking to buy or part exchange a car.
Good, honest traders, very accomodating and helpful. Great customer etiquette, not in the face aggressively selling like some. Quick to help resolve a minor electrical issue for me post sale. I picked up a great car at a very good price with outstanding service. Would highly recommend and definitely use again.
Probably the easiest and most trouble-free purchase and part exchange I have experienced. Price offered on the part-ex was reasonable, rather than generous, but considering the almost trade price being asked for our purchase there was no urge to haggle. The car was beautifully prepared, test drive enough to confirm the description on ebay, and all the paperwork was spot-on. The 3 month warranty came as standard, the road tax was done by Gosal on the day we collected the car, and an HPI report was attached to the receipt. The car is one-owner ex-lease hire and exactly what it appears. No pushy sales team, just a polite and very helpful guy. Will happily go back again!
If Carlsberg did car sales.... Buying a car is something I only do every 3-4 years and is an important event for me. I identified the car I was interested in via the internet and phoned Gosal Motors to arrange a viewing.From that initial phone contact, through to looking at the car and then collecting it a few days later, and several more phone conversations between viewing and collecting, Harvey was exceptional in the service he provided. Absolutely no attempt to pressure me into buying, gave me as much time as I wanted to have a good look and a test drive, got the car prepared on time and they even made me a cup of coffee while we did the paperwork. I can't recommend Gosal Motors highly enough, they made my buying experience a first class one.
Pleasure to do business with these guys, I bought a 2012 Passat Estate, at a great price, very well presented, but most importantly exactly as described having travelled a distance to view, especially having been let down buy another motor dealer on a similar vehicle the day before The guys even stayed late for me after hours when we got caught up in traffic. Very friendly without the pushy hard sell, even took the time to explain the controls, and show me how to pair my iPhone using the Bluetooth, the car even had more than enough fuel left in it for my trip home, all in all a great car buying experience for a change - highly recommended!
My husband and I recently bought a Skoda Octavia from Gosal Motors. We were pleasantly surprised at their friendly service and accommodating nature. Being a small family-run business they took the time to care for you as an individual rather than a number. We’re extremely pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend using them.
We recently purchased a car from here. Was bought at a fantastic price! We dealt mainly with the salesman Harvee, who was very helpful and accommodating with comung to view and test drive the car. Viewed on the Monday, test drove on Tuesday had the car by Thursday. Very happy . There was a little hiccup after having the car for 2 days it would not start. A phone call to Harvee on a Saturday and within an hour we had a courtesy car and he managed to get ours started and back to workshop to be looked at. He kept us updated, was a sensor that had decided to play up. He ordered the part and replaced it and returned the car to my front door. Absolutley lovely people with great business ethics.
Purchased a vehicle VW passat bluemotion estate from Harvey and family in October 2016 . Great honest sale's team, advert spot on, car spot on. No big fancy showroom. ..... but I'm not buying a showroom. .... I'm buying a car. Phoned. ..arranged a viewing. .. viewed and purchased. .... just how I like it. Brought a recent car from these. Was exactly how it said in the description. Was well priced and I'm so happy with the car. The service what you get is honest and fair. I hate car shopping because of the pushy sales reps. Here there was none of that I was given the keys and left to it. I will definatly be visiting again. Thank you
