A nice friendly garage with no pressure to purchase. Only Kia garage in Nottingham which I'm aware of, but centrally located for most Nottingham City residents.

If you want to be treated as a loyal customer with great service you need to go to this garage!!! Amazing service from Zonnita in the sales team. Highly recommend buying a car from Zonnita as her service is perfect and also on hand to answer questions and sort out any issues. Cant say thanks enough!! Great service, great car at a great price!!

They have a ludicrous centralised call scheme for their group. I have just been on hold for 4 minutes. This is meant to be a retail company, you spend a fortune on advertising but are content to leave customers hanging on with a "all our advisors are busy message" crazy. For your information NK motors don't use this system maybe that's why they are the largest Kia dealer in the country. Get it sorted or lose business.

Brought my used Kia Sorrento from here, great experience , Zonnita was most helpful and i brought the car blind on the internet. Very happy love the car.
