Having recently had my car breakdown, in search for a new car urgently I rang Kia Vertu garage and spoke to Ella who arranged an appointment for me the next morning. Ella was very professional and showed me the car options available, needing a car urgently Ella help me choose one that would be available quickly and it was arranged to be collected within one week. The process from the appointment to car collection was very quick, easy and convenient to me. Ella’s communication was amazing and always kept me updated whilst waiting for my new car to arrive. Thank you Ella.
Lovely service by young Keenan. He went above and beyond to make sure my dad was happy picking up his car for a 6hour drive home. Upon inspection of the car, my dad noticed a couple of niggly scratch marks. Keenan was quick to get out the polisher and sort them right out for us. Good lad!

I went into Kia Nottingham a few weeks ago to look at the new Kia Picanto that I seen on the motability website. I was met by Keenan Key who was very helpful in showing me all its cool features. I decided to order it. He was friendly, knowledgeable and reassured me whenever i had any worries. He provided me the time to test drive the Kia twice before mine was ready to collect so I could gain confidence driving it home for the first time. I really recommend Kia Nottingham for a mobility vehicle. Thank you!
Recently brought a new Kia Sportage from this garage.nWas greeted within by Jacob, who was super helpful and friendly who introduced us to Kin to help us with the purchase. We planned originally on waiting until after Christmas to buy the car but the quick arrival times and being able to take a test drive in the next couple of days sped up our plans.nKin was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and even if there was little pieces of information he didn't know, he didn't fob us off with maybes and just saying 'yes it does have that' to later find out the car didn't, he quickly found out the information we needed and let us know there and then.nAll the financial details were arranged easily and without any major hassle.nWe asked to have updates on the car while we were waiting for it to arrive. Kin had no issue with doing this and sent us a message every Monday, even if it was a simple, 'no news yet but we are still here and reachable if you need anything' to 'The car will be here in a week.' - It's just nice to feel like you haven't been forgotten!nWhen picking up the car, we were shown around it by Kin and he showed me everything I would need to know, and let us know about the app services also. Making the first drive away seem much less stressful!nAll in all, the service was excellent, and all the staff we spoke to were extremely polite and cheerful. It made car purchasing an easy task, which is very impressive as it isn't something I personally usually enjoy! I would recommend if you are looking to buy a Kia to go to this garage and definitely choose Kin as your Salesman.nThanks so much Kin!
