Excellent service with no high pressure selling. A large selection of new and used cars that can be viewed online to save any wasted visits. Ian, the salesman we dealt with, was very knowledgeable about the car we test drove , positive answers to all of our questions without any 'I thinks '. The place isn't exactly on a main road but we found it easily and we were completely new to the area. We bought the car we'd found online, just awaiting finalisations before collection. Watch this space for alterations to this review should things change!

Great service. Dog was allowed in as well. Just been today and collected my Mitsubishi ASX. The service from Tony and Ian has been excellent from start to finish. Walked in today and I was greeted and acknowledged by all 8 colleagues that I came into contact with, one even made me a coffee. Excellent customer service, it's nice to be treated as a human being or an equal where you are not judged on appearance or looks unlike sytners BMW or Audi Nottingham who's staff tend to look down at you or judge you, well that's when they can be bothered to acknowledge you or serve you. Perhaps you should come and get some training from these guys on customer service and manners. Once again a massive thank you to you all, Especially Tony and Ian.

MY one and only experience has been a safety recall from Mitsubishi and i have to be honest and say that the standard of customer care was well below what i would expect of a car dealership this was an opportunity for them to prove themselves worthy of my business, as in the not to distant future i will be buying a new car for my wife but i would not personally do business with this company based on the way they have carried on regarding a safety recall i found it shambolic in all honesty..
