Super helpful, really friendly team that made the experience of car buying a breeze. I dealt with Connor, who did everything he said he would, was really personable and provided great customer service for an Arsenal fan!. Really happy with the car at a very reasonable price from a main dealer. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say. We dealt with Barry, who was absolutely fantastic in used car sales.  Not pushy, understanding, patient, an absolute gentleman.  Vertu themselves were also very good, ensuring that the used Hyundai Kona was in excellent condition prior to sale.  The company as a whole worked very hard to accommodate us and we certainly appreciated them for doing so.

Second time buying a car here and huge shout out to young Will. He helped us to find the perfect vehicle for us, a Renault Symbioz.nWe were with him for some time, he just went above and beyond and made it possible to drive away with our new car on the same day.nHis calm and friendly manner and willingness to listen are a credit to him.nWould recommend him to anyone when purchasing a vehicle here. I needed to get a bigger car and Abigail was really efficient at getting everything sorted and worked with me to get a price I was really happy with.nShowed me around the car via a video and was really attentive to emails.nMy car was delivered to my home address within a few days absolutely spotless and faultless, delivery driver was also really friendly and quick.nnThis is my third car from Vertu and the standards are just unbeatable.
