From my initial call with Connor and then my visit with Louise, they were both very understanding of my situation. They both insured I had all relevant paperwork prior to my visit. Was a very quick, hassle free visit. Louise explained everything in detail and hid no details. Would highly recommend.
Booking the appointment was very easy and was followed up by a call with Craig. He ensured I knew what to expect and what I needed to take with me. At the appointment Louise was very friendly and explained everything. I thought the things she pointed out on the car bringing the value down were fair and not as if she was trying to find fault with things. A very positive experience.
I turned up unanounced. Any the lady helped me get the BEST price for my car. Be honest and you will get a good price. Arnold clark offered me half of what webuyanycar did. I always shop around and this is best in falkirk. Thank you.

A really simple and efficient way to sell your car. 20 minutes from arriving to leaving with the car sold. Far better values given than part exchanging, particularly if finance has to be settled.
Price quoted bore no relation to price offered. Expected a drop in price after inspection but they only offered a fraction of the price quoted for a low mileage care in good condition. Really disappointed with their service and sold car privately very easily and for more that their original offer price. Would only use them again to get an indication of market price.

Used the Grangemouth branch twice now and twice I've I've received great service and a significantly more amount £600 on the trade in price! It really is worth taking the time to enter your details and make a bit more money if your trading in!
Quick and easy process. Bit disappointing the difference in quote to actual offer but there was still some wiggle room if you push. So don't take the first offer .
