Took my wife's car in to this lot for an MOT and to have warranty work done. Warning signs on the car told them that the start/stop function wasn't working but still had to pay £60 for a "diagnostic test" Guess what -the disganostic test told us the start stop function wasn't working. Marvellous work if you can get it. Surely if you've paid for a warranty that should be it. Also, they annotated on the MOT that an exhaust clip was missing. It's a five minute job, they had my phone number and I would have authorised a fix but now I have to take it somewhere else to be repaired.The car was off the road for nearly a fortnight waiting to have this work carried out. I have dealt with this lot on and off over the years but no more. The car is being traded in, not for another Ford I hasten to add.

Thursday 14 sept I picked up my vehicle after the rectification. I must admit it was 100% spot on I was delighted to see it was all rectified superbly and all the thanks goes to john he was excellent throughout the whole process from start to finish . I would definitely recommend john to sort any issues you have he's the person can get the job done 100% accurate and detail to the finish is excellent. Thank you so much john once again :-)

Had damage to either side of my back bumper, mostly paint, both reflectors and lamp cracked.... got a good quotes from people's, advised max 1 and a half days.... got it back, was as if no damage taken place, very precise and tidy work, like nothing happened... very happy customer.

Bought a kuga from Evans halshaw, had problems after a week of ownership, had turbos and all sorts replaced at Evans. Problems still persisted, and after 1 trip to people's all problems were gone. Can't praise Brian the mechanic enough for his knowledge and expertise. Craig on the desk was also pleasant and kept cost to a minimum. Highly recommend.

Refused to work on car because of dash cam, could even tell the wife how to disconnect it, c'mon trained technicians, something to hide?
