This is not a good dealership. Went to see a used car that was marked ready to go. It was filthy, it smelled. Lack of pride shown in the car by the dealership. Would not even grant a test drive before agreeing a price. Absolutely unheard of. Absolutely zero customer service. Certainly not of the standard.You would expect at a mercedes benz branch. Avoid.
After my car was in for a service it is not taking a charge properly it’s now only pulling 15kwh on a fast charger , taking 5 hours when should only be an hour and 26 hours on home charger which used to only take 8 hours. they said couldnt find a fault , didn’t listen to what i was telling them , now down south charging for first time and its telling me 5 hours on a fast charger , clearly not Mercedes specialists , its now had to be booked into Mercedes Glasgow
Just bought my Mercedes A250 from here and Scott was brilliant. All the way through the process and got the car to me quicker than expected too. Really happy and impressed with the service provided
