Stopped to use the EV chargers and popped into the showroom to use the toilet. Very friendly welcome from the staff member who offered us a coffee while we waited for our car to charge. We even got a cupcake made by another member of the team. Excellent service!
The team at Mercedes Grangemouth couldn’t have been more helpful, I’ve visited twice since getting my car at another branch. My service advisor Aimee was brilliant, so professional and really lovely, kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and made sure she had very detailed information from me to help diagnose my car. I would also like to give a big thank you to the technician who worked on my car, who took me for a test drive in another like for like vehicle to mine to explain everything to me and put my mind at ease, he was great and explained everything really well and I really appreciated being able to do this - also a big thanks to the employee who allowed the technician to demo their car to me to show me a like for like to mine. I felt they went above and beyond to reassure me and talk me through everything. The showroom hosts were great too so friendly and welcoming, we were given coffees, biscuits and refreshments while we waited, they were so helpful and made the visit really pleasant. Overall a great experience with this branch and I’ll be back for all my services in the future. Thanks Again!! :
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE COWBOYS.nA disgrace that they are even allowed to trade of the Mercedes name.nnWe bought a car 5 weeks ago from them, we traded in our old car against the new one.nFirst of all, I’d LOVE to make people aware that they had our old car up for sale and SOLD before they had actually cleared the finance which wouldn’t pass a HPI check they were still taking the finance payments for our old car whilst they had been very open that they had sold it.nDisgraceful.nnIn regards to the car we bought, we spent 40grand on our new car - to be given tires that had the absolute bare minimum tread and also have the tracking off. Which has resulted in us having bald tires and having to pay £350 for two new ones 5 weeks after purchasing the car.nMy husband took the car into the service dept today to discuss the tires and come to a resolution to which he was told “the tires wear on the outer edge because it’s a heavy car” it’s a GLC not a tractor. They took no accountability what’s so ever and just continued to make up pathetic excuses.nnOur salesman was called Will, he can talk a good talk but once he sells the car to you he goes into hiding, won’t sort any issues - when we phoned requesting to speak to him about the finance not being cleared we were told he’d call us back and he never did. We phoned the finance company who confirmed that the car finance was NOT paid off even though we had traded it in against our new one and that they had sold the car under new finance to a new customer - which is illegal and breaks every single law set out by FCA.nnDo NOT waste your time or money buying a car from here, we are now seeking legal advice and have also reported these cowboys to the FCA and SAF.
A dealer which takes customer experience and satisfaction to a whole new level.nnI recently purchased a brand new CLA model, with the help of one of the Sales Consultants on site, Scott. From start to finish, Scott ensured that I was informed, satisfied and looked after. Scott worked hard to offer a very satisfactory price for my part exchange - higher than any other dealer operating within the market. Throughout the process of ordering and customising the new model, Scott demonstrated deep knowledge of various topics including, but not limited to, engine specification, manufacturing, etc. which allowed me to make an informed decision with which I would be fully satisfied. Scott ensured that all administrative tasks were conducted swiftly, which meant that the entire process was incredibly expedient and smooth. After placing the order, Scott made sure to stay in touch to keep me updated on the progress of my order.nnIn addition, the other staff at the branch are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Throughout my time at the branch, I was offered refreshments, with the staff regularly checking in on me to see whether I needed anything or had any questions.nnThe aftersales team also deserves commendation for their work. My vehicle developed a slight issue approximately two weeks after collection. I sought help from my local Mercedes-Benz dealer, where I was met with an unwillingness to remedy the situation. All it took was one phone call with Scott for the issue to be rectified swiftly. Scott put me in touch with Abigail at the branch who excelled in arranging an appointment for the very next day. Abigail arranged a courtesy car and made sure that I stayed informed on the expected timeline for my repair.nnOverall, if you are looking for first-class service from start to finish and even beyond then I cannot recommend this dealership enough. It is worth travelling to specifically for that, even if you are a slight distance away from it. I would like to thank everyone working at the branch, with specific thanks going to Scott and Abigail who truly excel in their roles.
Great experience with Will at Mercedes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Nothing felt rushed or pushy, and he took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend asking for Will if you're looking for great service.
