I appreciate that they spent two days fixing the Nox sensor issue, which was extremely important for me. I was about to enter a hectic period, and I couldn’t imagine the impact on my work if it hadn’t been properly repaired. Although the air conditioning still needs to be fixed due to parts being on order, I’m already very grateful that the van has been running perfectly for two days. It does seem like the Nox sensor has been properly replaced. The reception lady was very friendly and always quick to provide updates. I could feel that they were trying their best to help solve the problem. This has restored my confidence in Arnold Clark.
We had an outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz Grangemouth. After dealing with significant issues at a previous dealership, where the service was extremely poor, our experience here was a complete contrast in the best possible way.nnFrom the moment we arrived and began browsing the forecourt, the staff were attentive and welcoming, checking in to see if we needed any assistance without being intrusive. Once we identified a vehicle we were interested in, the process moved quickly and efficiently—there was no unnecessary waiting around.nnThe first car we viewed turned out to be the perfect fit for us. At that point, we were introduced to Kevin Drinkell, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which was a refreshing change from previous experiences we've had with other dealerships.nnAfter the purchase, Kevin took the time to walk us through all the features of the car, including the apps and controls, and helped set everything up. He also provided a thorough introduction to the electric aspects of the vehicle, which was incredibly helpful as this is our first electric car.nnSince the purchase, Kevin has followed up with us twice to ensure everything is going well—a level of aftercare that truly goes above and beyond.nnThank you, Kevin, for your excellent service and support.

I'm not one for using main dealers, but I bought a car from them and they couldn't have been any more helpful, no pushy sales pitch, we decided everything, now it was service and motntime, again they couldn't have been any more helpful.nAll were very genuine and happy, changed my whole opinions on big garages.nWill definitely be a long term customer from now on.
