I'm all honesty, I used to get a great service here. However, last time I went, it was diabolical. After waiting 5 hours for my car to be MOT'd and serviced, I was told it would be £15 Wiper Blade to pass my MOT, which I paid. 10 minutes later, they told me id need to pay up to £350 for a ball joint because the technician hit the wrong button. Felt like pressure to pass and being scammed out of more money. Took it elsewhere they wouldn't retest as I got it replaced elsewhere for 1/3 of the price and they wouldn't give me the free retest. Half hearted attempt at asking me to call in after I filled in the customer service survey with the above. If they couldn't be bothered phoning, it shows what disgruntled customers mean. Only upside and the reason for the 2 star was Diane, the receptionist. Made the 5 hours a lot more bearable.
No one even approached us to see if needed any help and ignored us

Overall excellent experience..Video that was sent out was very well done. Picking up the car went smoothly. The staff were very well prepared for customer safety they were very polite and knowledgeable. Couldn't fault the entire experience.
