Shout out to James McLeish! What an amazing product consultant, and very down to earth, friendly and considerate. James recently got me hooked up with the Kia Picanto GT-Line S, and was very thorough with the car, my trade in, the components of the Kia, the paperwork and the overall test drive. James made both myself and my best friend feel very comfortable, and it made our experience in the Arnold Clark Grangemouth Hyundai feel very welcoming.nnDuring the test drive, James was very considerate and carefree about me driving at a snails pace - understanding it's a car I'm not used to - which made my driving experience even better. Furthermore, I liked that he got me to drive both left, right but also using roundabouts, so I get a good feel for the Kia. During the trip, he also described a bit of the Falkirk area, as we weren't from there, which was good to know going forward.nnWhen getting the car, he walked us out and went the extra mile to set Bluetooth up for us and even went and described more of the gadgets of the car - like closing wing-mirrors - which I hadn't even realised.nnOverall, the experience was 10/10, with the mass majority of that positive experience coming from James' amazing people skills and ability to relate to the buyer. I'd like to also give a shout out to Graham, Sales Manager, for going out their way to have a chat with me following some email chit-chat, as it's always good to put a face to the name.nnThank you so much again James for getting me set up with the car I've called 'Yang the Kia'

Purchased my car last week and collected on Sunday. Cannot thank James McLeish enough. Not your typical car salesman and you can tell he wants the best for his customers. Purchased my car from Derek McRae and did a part exchange with my old one who put us at ease and patiently supported us throughout the process. Derek is extremely knowledgeable but took time to explain options / information and answer any questions we had and promptly offered us a test drive of the car after explaining it's features. The process was seamless and he kept us informed, checking in throughout to help keep us on track so we were clear what emails to expect/ what documents to bring. He talked us through the service plan and add on options which we are pleased we opted for to support us with the purchase.
