This company is one of the worst companies iv ever dealt with gave a deposit for 2 Toyota hilux for my business after 13 months they have cancelled my orders and told me am selling them on don’t no how they no that as we need these for towing Ther is a realy horrible lady that you speak to and it’s like Thers a big problem every time you call just very disrespectful and not nice company think before you buy of this company
Ordered a Toyota Hilux 15 months ago, SDM cancelled my order stating I ordered two even though I’d only ordered one, They were insisting I ordered two! Toyota apologised but said my order was automatically cancelled even though it was SDM’s mistake, SDM blamed Toyota They said they couldn’t do nothing about it. When contacting Toyota directly they Emailed me back saying my order was cancelled because SDM didn’t reply back to them within seven days to confirm I was a genuine customer. When confronted the Managing director hung up the phone! Very professional indeed. 15 months of waiting for a work vehicle with no apology or genuine explanation. This garage should not be associated with Toyota they are very poor at customer service and promised delivery of the vehicle the day before cancellation of my order. I’d rather pay extra to another dealership than go anywhere near this place again. Be aware of this place.
Bought a new Hilux from the Hilux Man here Davie great bloke, very good deal and service, delivered on time, even did a spare number plate for our trailour, highly rated, will use again. Traveled 5hrs to pick it up, well worth the time and effort
Great staff , really helpful and not pushing u into buying a car
The only complain is to send you email to deliver your car for service at 08:00 am but they opening time is 08:30. other than that they were very professional and they will take care of your car.
Poor service, I phoned to get a price on the new BZ4X which I am paying in full up front. I was told someone from the sales team would phone me back. They never phoned back after me leaving a telephone message and 2 messages through messenger over a period of 4 days. I am going to buy the car this weekend at another dealer who responded quickly and professionally to my enquiry. One phone call could have equalled a sale for this company. If the sales team don't get it right the confidence in the company is gone right at the start. Personally I would avoid as their are far more interested dealers around.
Very poor customer service, not willing to help with an issue, will not be going back to this dealership.
One of the good garage's in Falkirk they do what they say on the can with no hassle and a smile
Got my car serviced and happy with the customer service and support. Did what they said they would, warranty work done, and good communication. Will be returning.
Just got the new aygo X and loving it. Great service from Lucy who made the whole process easy from start to finish. Highly recommended.
