I can’t thank Daniel Thomson enough for all he did for me, he went above and beyond even making sure he emailed me back even on his days off so I was always in the loop. I ordered a car in November of 2021 and with the current issues causing build dates to be uncertain after a while of waiting Daniel took it upon himself to find me something suitable that I could get sooner. Absolutely love my new car and will definitely be back in the future.
Went over to see about the moka was greeted by Brian who was unfortunately busy at the time but kept myself the wife and daughter occupied with coffee and hot chocolate. After he was free he was straight onto us and what a simple easy process he made it to be brilliant service from this guy. Legend of a guy looking forward to the car coming in.
The Service department at Evans Halshaw in Falkirk has been excellent with me. I have been in there a few times but recently something has definitely changed. It's a much better atmosphere, the staff on the desk were very friendly and a special mention to Andrew Mungall who I think was one of the managers or a senior advisor as he could not have been more helpful. He sorted out all my issues, answered all my questions, took me back out to my van and explained everything to me. 5 star experience from the team and Andrew again was excellent, thanks again and I will definitely be back.
