My wife was looking to change our toyota verso which we had bought from sdm in 2018 . She liked the  hyndai tuscon she had seen on their website . I was off on Saturday so after doing shopping we went in to see it . It had already had 2 test drive that morning . Took it for test drive for her to get feel of it . She loved it . So when we went back . David sorted paper work out .  Got fair price for verso . So she picks it up Thursday . Hope there a bunch of flowers to go with it that will cheer her no end too

I bought an ex demo Mazda 2 from SDM in November 2022. Steven from their sales team kept in contact while they prepared the car. When I went to collect the car they had filled the tank as I had a long journey back home again. The car was spotless and inside out of the weather so I could check it before leaving. The whole process was a pleasure from start to finish. They also have a Hyundai dealer next door so if you are in the market for a Mazda or Hyundai the are definitely worth a try.

Very pleasant women served me for my  2nd year  car service .Had a coffee and a seat  to watch the news .

1st class service when my daughter bought her 1st car, the salesman Tom was an absolute gentleman,  I'd definitely recommend this place

My Mazda has been unfortunately targeted by vandals so for it up to this dealership for estimate repairs. Got to say really is impressed with the friendly staff here that helped me with it. The showroom is like a whole different realm with the cars inside looking like something from the future. Will definitely be returning for further work on my car as and when needed.

Bought my second hand Mazda 6 from them 6 months ago. No sales pushiness, dealt with all the paperwork, no problems with the car. Would thoroughly recommend.

I went to SDM Mazda due to their reputation, mainly from Google reviews. No complaints with the sale process but like most companies these days if something goes wrong that's when you see what a company is worth.  When I went to collect the car I was told there was a dent through to the body with rust, I could get it booked In or not, not ideal, but then they have a good reputation right? They didn't notify me until finance had been sorted and frankly should have had the car in the workshop before the sale was completed.  Had to chase for a date the car could in. Took them 10 days to fix the issue after being told it would be the end of the week. Took several chases to find out why it was taking so long. No contact, didn't explain the delay and no apologies for the false promises.  Went to collect the car and the receptionist was great and sorted out another mis-communication with the CarPlay I had asked for. my real displeasure now comes from my interaction with the sales manager. He explained that I should expect cosmetic issues on a 4 year old car and it's not part of the "Approved Mazda" checks. No apology from the guy for the lack of communications and delays and I left with him using excuse after excuse.  So, according to SDM's sale's manager, don't expect a proper "Approved Mazda" car, they only do checks and make sure the engine is good. If you so happen to buy an older car, expect cosmetic issues, dents with rust and an arrogant unhelpful sales manager.
