A very likable shop with a vast selection of books in the shelf and complete with an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. 
The only issue that can be said is that it does not compete with the main online book retailers that are dominating the market place. 
Unfortunately I now tend to use this shop in the main to browse what I would actually purchase on line. I'm sure that's what other people do, however I can occasionally find something to buy that catches my eye there and then.

I love going to Waterstones and try to go once every week. The staff are helpful and really friendly! Definitely my favourite shop!!!
