I really enjoy looking around this store to see what I can fix as it is a complete mixed bag.  The store is filled with random item from crafts, books to even kids toys. There is a lot to look through and could be good for some Christmas gifts.  They seems to have some good offers on all year round so it is definitely worth a check.

Over the years, it seems like the shop's range and offerings have dwindled somewhat. While it used to be a go-to destination where one could always find something of interest, the current selection may not be as varied or appealing as it once was.

I wish to thank and recommend Nik at The Works, Golden Square, Warrington for her amazing customer service. I am 76 and bought some items for our grandchildren for Christmas this week...Friday.  I was struggling to pack them and Nik unpacked 1 of my bags for me then used both bags to repack and fit all the new items in so that I could carry them....all with a big smile on her face and very willingly.  She did a great job and saved me a lot of pfaffing.....all above the call of duty.    S. Randall

Lovely welcoming staff ,great selection of books for all ages

Nice atmosphere, good prices and has all the essentials for children including books, games and art and crafts.

We visit this shop nearly every week.. Great selection of books at bargain prices especially children's books.  Put down your social media and go get your kids some bedtime stories there's no excuse and every parent should spare 20 mins evening reading for their child it pays dividends.

Very helpful staff, shops always well stocked, with literature & plenty of arts equipment x
