Purchased a mattress for over £1000 months ago from here. Initially the man who served us was trying to be helpful. We used the mattress machine and have ultimately ended up with an extremely uncomfortable mattress which is basically the opposite of everything we described. They have been no help whatsoever in trying to resolve this and it’s now at the point where I cannot bare to sleep in my own bed. The lack of support post purchase is awful.
We went into Dreams today to look for a mattress for our first home. Richard was our sales assistant and he was absolutely first rate - he went above and beyond with regards to service and was really friendly too. Myself and my partner would recommend him to anybody and everybody!
bought a single mattress for my daughter from here today, it's being delivered on Monday which is a very prompt delivery. Staff members Katie who we dealt with the previous day and Chris who dealt with the sale today were 1st class and very helpful. HOWEVER - The store Manager at this branch JuntionNINE is an absolute disgrace... I won't elaborate on here as to why as it was a simple communication error on a Black Friday deal but the way he spoke to me and my wife was the worst customer service i have EVER come across, the funny thing is 5mins earlier he was offering us a coffee but when he had to authorise a 10% price reduction for our mattress he lost the plot and was very patronising in his comment, all this by the way while i was spending £125 on a product!!! If it wasn't for my wife being there i wouldn't of managed to stay as calm as i did but he needs to be sent on a customer service course. Hopefully somebody will contact me through this so i can take the matter further.

Fantastic service very helpful lots of choice no rushing you. Left you to try all the beds. Advice on what would suit us very good well worth a visit
Disgraceful service sold us a mattress not fit for purpose and when we Arranged an exchange they refused to take it back saying there was a small stain making it damaged would not recommend these cowboys
Was ok but didn’t have much of a selection. They all seemed to be the same design
Very helpful staff member who was very knowledgable, she spent alot of time explaining the different types of mattress, plenty of free parking.
Sorry but would not really go back here. Maybe it was just the staff member I got as others have commented how nice it is.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Very helpful and polite. No hassling us, introduced themselves and asked if we needed any help and then told us where to find them if we wanted any help at all. Very professional. Will definitely come here 1st in future.
