Bandits! Delivered my new sofas but wouldn't unload until I paid. They said I couldn't inspect until I paid also. Once in the house and paid for we noticed damage to one sofa. It has so far taken 5 months and a number of visits for them to tell us that the damage is a "branding" mark and they are not willing to fix or compensate us.
I have got better things to do with my life but because they didn't offer me a 50 quid or so token discount in the first place, I am now going to spend many hours of my valuable time educating their potential future customers of what they may have to look forward to.
Buy elsewhere, this company are not to be trusted on quality and certainly not on customer service.
See you next Saturday DFS Warrington when I will be there again to advise the next batch of DFS first timers on my dire experience. Its going to cost you a LOT more than 50 pounds and some good will when I am finished. .
I have just looked at your customer count peak times each day online and I'll probably pop in on Sundays as well when I am free.
