When I visited this Primark I expect it to be much bigger with how the shopping centre is built. The Primark is made up of 2 floors and is very small. This means there are only limited products available and limited sizes for all items. There are large sections of sale products that you can easily look around for a bargain, and staff are available around the store if you need help. I just feel like the other bigger primarks have more to offer and newer lines unfortunately.
Poor customer service. Staff need training on how to deal with faulty goods. After giving up, I returned them to the trafford centre store who were a lot more helpful and gave me a full refund.
Amazing place. I was worth it visited there are many good quality deals . I have no very fancy black uniform at my 5***** workplace. Thank you Primark
Busy, not enough tills, long queue. Extremely hot to the point you feel sick. Wouldn't recommend at weekend
What a mess. A maze of clothes strewn here there and everywhere under the delightful glow of flickering luminescent lights that give you an epic feeling of disorientation. Then the queues....wow...... downstairs was half way round the shop, so went upstairs which was also half way around the shop. Dumped my intented purchases back on a shelf and gave it up as a bad job.
I shopped at the Golden Square store earlier and stupidly put a shopping bag down and moved away. When I realised I was frantic because it had gone. The staff were absolutely brilliant and one very observant member of staff noticed it and took it to lost property...I can't thank her enough!!!
Not my favourite shopping experience, but for those who like it, it's good
Actually wasn't too messy like usual. A good choice of American sports wear too. Queues at the tills were enormous as per usual though
Good small store. Lots of choice. Needs more hair and body care.
Poor choice of socks and vests for young children for the new school year. And numerous times I personally have to 'fix' the rails as clothes are not hung on the end like they should be to avoid any hangers poking/hurting people. The most simple instruction in merchandising!!
