Came here last week with my own bag and went to buy leggings, Got to the till as I realised I had cash and the lady was so slow causing huge long ques for no reason, Anyhow she tried to patronise me by asking for the bag to price and I had told her it was mine and I could prove it by one cluck of cctv of me walking in so I was very confident. She then waste more time and calls security and the manager over and after 20 minutes stood in the que. She went so red and apologised and I honestly think she was a jobsworth and makes primark look Slow, I understand you have to pay for bags but that's why they are also reusable for people to bring back in and REUSE. Please sort your staff out there's literally bigger shoplifters about them someone trying to steal a poxy bag !!
Shocked to find only 2 serving the customers at the tills and the rest are self serve but not for cash paying customers, it was worse upstairs, no one on the tills.nA shop that size should provide a decent service for the paying customers rather than wait in a long line.
It’s usually always overpacked, clothes don’t appear to have areas eg. Jean section or dress section, everything is just thrown into the shop floor and you just got to find things. Staff are often unhelpful; there is one staff member who helped me however, her name I think was daisy; she was ginger. She was really helpful and honestly lovely!nOnly reason I’m giving three stars
When I visited this Primark I expect it to be much bigger with how the shopping centre is built.nnThe Primark is made up of 2 floors and is very small. This means there are only limited products available and limited sizes for all items.nnThere are large sections of sale products that you can easily look around for a bargain, and staff are available around the store if you need help. I just feel like the other bigger primarks have more to offer and newer lines unfortunately.
The worst and most carnage primark I have been too. There is another bigger primark in Manchester & Liverpool however decided on this one as I was only nipping in for a few bits..which I mostly didn’t get.nStaff weren’t great. We used the self checkout, I was by myself with my child and in the process of paying, trying to stop her from running off I lost my receipt. My daughter ran out and I was stuck inside. Told the guy who was on the checkout that I’d lost my receipt within those 2 minutes and my daughter was on the other side of the gate, he just walked off…….asked him again and he asked me if I’m sure I had paid which was a bit insulting. There were other customers who were also saying her daughter has got out but he just seemed so latsy daisy about it. Eventually just had to show him the transaction on my online banking & he eventually let me out. Honestly never known service like it!
