Don't even know where to start with this place. I bought a car out of desperation as my car was stolen (so I didn't even haggle on the price). They promised to deliver it on a Saturday, when I rang up, the guy was off sick and nobody knew about it, I was then promised it would be delivered on the Sunday. I rang up on the Sunday and it although it could be delivered it couldn't be insured on the 7 day drive away insurance as I was promised, this was because their insurance company is closed on a Sunday. After telling them I didn't want the car any more I was told it was going to be insured with another company, the car was then delivered and I was given a URL to a website that aparently would show me that the car was insured and to check after 3pm. The staus of this never changed, so I called up and was told it doesn't update on a Sunday. After refusing to accept his word it was insured I was told the insurance certificated would be scanned and sent to me via email. Now bearing in mind they had my driving license (which has my address on) I was text a photo of the certificate showing the vehicle was indeed insured but inexplicably the address was incorrect. I got in the car and there was literally no petrol in it, if I lived further than 2 miles away from the petrol station I'm not sure I would have even got there. So I filled up and went on my journey taht Sunday evening, 20 miles later I pulled up at my destination and turned off the engine, I decided to move the car up a bit but it didn't start. I text the salesman and he said they had trouble starting the car and to ring up the garage the next day. So I did, someone came out jump started the car and left, within about 100 metres the engine light came on and the car was basically stuck at the biting point (it's an auto). I called back up and someone came and swapped the battery, I eventually got home at 14:00 so lost a days wage as I'm self employed. I went in to sign the rest of the paperwork on the Thursday and informed them that the parcal shelf was the wrong parcal shelf for the car (it didn't open when the boot opened), they took the old one away so now I have none and was told they'd get one sent to me, it's been over 4 weeks and I'm still waiting (not expecting a think from this company). Then I have my V5 docs hand delivered by a neighbour as they've registered the vehicle to the same address as where they'd incorrectly registered the 7 day insurance. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with, without a shadow of a doubt, stay away.
