Easily visible from the main road, and with a bulging forecourt of approved used cars, and with a good spread of choice.  We went in on spec. without an appointment to look at an F-Type V8 coupe and Mr Peter Wilding dealt with my wife and I.  He could not have been more helpful, taking time out and juggling appointments to allow me a test drive on a busy Saturday morning.  Subsequently he has also kept in touch sending highly detailed videos of several possible Jaguars that may interest me.  I can't speak for the service side but the sales side is 5 star!

I’d  never had any experience of Jaguar prior to putting my vehicle into repair at the accident repair dept of Rybrook. From first contact to getting my vehicle back the service was 5*+  Geoff in the service / repair department is a consummate professional - who kept me up to date at all stages and offered helpful advice at every turn. He has a superb customer focused approach that gives you comfort everything is in hand and will be done as promised. Even though I wasn’t a Jaguar owner at the time, he talked with passion about why he loved his F Pace no sales patter so much so I decided to buy one  myself! ... and I couldn’t be happier .  Would highly recommend

This is, without doubt, the best dealership I have encountered in over 40 years of motoring. The attention to detail, courtesy and concern is evident at every level.  A recent minor repair was carried out with efficiency and great skill and I am delighted with the result.  These people have a passion for the cars they sell and a level of respect for their customers that is so often lacking elsewhere.  This is my first Jaguar and I am loving the car and the Rybrook experience!

Absolutely superb service experience. I had a problem with one of our sold cars at 5pm on Thursday evening. The service advisor said to bring the car first thing Friday, diagnosed and works carried out around lunch and managed to collect the car at 3pm on the Friday. Superb 5 stars.

Outstanding service and a pleasure to deal with. I'm not local to Warrington but bought a new car through this dealership and they delivered it to us. We subsequently had a small problem with it but they went above and beyond to rectify it quickly and with minimal hassle for us. Would highly recommend.

Took my car for service, pre booked and arranged courtesy car.  Dropped my car off just after opening, staff polite and friendly, social distancing measures put in place but did not make the experience less personal. Courtesy car was decent and clean.

My wife had repairs carried out at the body shop after a non fault accident.  The communication between the staff and my wife was fantastic.  Sasha Landregan in particular going the extra mile to get the car completed a day earlier than expected.  Excellent Customer Service!
