Very friendly, professional atmosphere at Warrington Volkswagen. I was looked after by James who was extremely helpful and attentive. He got me a fantastic deal on a Volkswagen Up that I am over the moon with and with it being my first car, he explained everything in great detail and made me feel at ease with my purchase. After care was superb as he has already checked up to see how I’m getting on and is at the end of the phone if I have any questions. I would highly recommend Volkswagen Warrington if you are looking to buy as they are fantastic cars and the customer service is second to none. Extremely happy!

Brilliant customer service. Firstly, was made to feel at home straight away from the staff, smiling faces and free coffee is a great start. Marcus was the person who dealt with us. Very professional and friendly which made me feel at ease all through the process. Explained everything brilliantly throughout the process of purchasing my new car. Kept very good communication throughout, updated me when I needed updating and was always on the end of the phone if I needed to ask anything. 
Overall, was very happy with his service and his help throughout. Top fella.

Took my Polo in for an MOT and disc pads and ended up buying a new Polo! The whole team were brilliant but especially Lauren and James who were amazing. After I'd left the servicing area with my old car Lauren noticed I was sat at a sales desk and came over to congratulate me on my new purchase for the new car which made me feel great. James made me feel comfortable and kept me informed with videos and phone calls throughout the whole process of buying my new car. He was very friendly, patient and helpful making the process quick and easy.

Fantastic service provided by Warrington Vw. I use my car daily for work and I have a busy schedule to stick to. I arranged a day to work from home, so they could collect my car and deliver it back when the work was done. Steve and Tony who collected my car were very polite and professional. I was kept up to date with the progress of my car and as promised it was returned washed and vacuumed within the same day. Fantastic service!!

I am so impressed at the efficiency and knowledgeability of the leasing department at Volkswagen Warrington. They managed to source the Vehicle I wanted far quicker than any other dealer could. Joy looked after me from start to finish, and when I received my new car yesterday, every detail had been thought of for me. They have gained a Customer for life! Thanks Joy and team.
