Fantastic experience! We have been visiting this library since 2022 for various reasons ranging from borrowing books for our children to printing. It has always been a 5-star experience and the library personnel are world class!
If you want to escape the cold, then go to sit and read in there. But boy is it warm... A bit too warm I would say, as the sweat was dripping off me ! I'm sure they are using more fuel than needed..
Disappointed with the preference given to hijabis by the hijabi librarian. She would not allow my nephew to use the computers for kids. She said he couldn't without a library card but then didn't give us an option to apply for a library card for him. She then refused to let him join the art club session. Another librarian intervened and said it would be OK, if his mum was with him. When we were finishing the session, she told a hijabi mum that she had booked the room for a full two hours, so she could take her time. However, when my nephew wanted to use it, she abruptly said "no". She is a mean spirited woman of the Islamic faith, who discriminates any body who does not outwardly express they're Muslims. She blocked a child under the age of five from carrying out an activity at a local library, during the summer. She is disgusting for only favouring children whose mothers wear a hijab. She is employed by the manager, who is a muslim himself, which is why she remains protected in her job, to be so malicious.
Lovely staff and helpful..the children love all the books there.
Love there books and they have active for kids like drawings and painting
Great service, books in amazing condition, great staff, helpful and polite always ready to help. Never had any issues.
