The Carvery is every day & is always fresh! Nice choice of vegetables. We had carrots, sprouts, green beans, broccoli cheese, cheesy veg bake, mash, roast potatoes, stuffing & Yorkshire pudding. Gravy is tasty and plenty of choice of accompanying sauces. Meat on the day was turkey, Gammon, & beef. All cooked well. Would recommend the carvery. Suitable for all ages. There is a wacky warehouse next door for before or after the meal suitable for young children & babies.

We haven't been here for years but read that it had been refurbished so our party of 4 adults and 2 children are here on a busy Saturday. The service was good considering that the pub was full due to football being screened.The kids meals were really good value, with a drink and dessert for an extra £2. 3 of us had the carvery and all loved it and I had the beef pie with gravy. We all enjoyed our meals. The children had a great time in Wacky Warehouse so a good time had by all!! We will certainly be returning.

Excellent food, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food excellent and plenty to choose from. It is one of the best carverys I have been to. The chef carves the meat for you, a choice of turkey, ham or beef,you could choose all three. The veg is pipping hot, and such a great selection. You have a choice of witch size plate you would like. Small, medium or large. You could also up grade for an extra £ . This gives you an extra Yorkshire pudding and 2 pigs in the blanket. You don't really need this as Yorkshire pudding is included in the first place. We was a party of 4 adults. One of our group is bad on her legs and needs the use of the disabled toilets. The lady who looked after us was amazing and very friendly. "Her name was Danielle" hope she will read this and get the pat on the back she deserves. Thank you to the whole team. We will be returning soon.

Good place to go for a carvery, looks like a family friendly spot, good choice of larger and food is alright. Could have been improved if gammon was less salty and yorkies were fresher (gone a bit crunchy under the heat). Reasonably priced and decent fodder. Would visit again.

This place is an absolute joke. When we turned up to the party there were not enough places at the table for the adults and we couldn't add any more. Moreover, by phone I confirmed 13 children but they haven't updated their system and they asked me to pay for 15!! And when we came nobody asked me if the no of children coming has changed!!! 2 kids didn't show up, 1 of which I knew about and if I knew that I could still change the no of children to pay less I definitely would have! I just didn't know as it was my daughter's first party at a soft play. Cheating scunbags! Avoid this plays if you can!!!!!
