We've been here many times over quite a few years now, and always a great lively atmosphere. Very friendly staff and great American style dinning.

Food is nice but not well presented. Bought the Jack Daniels Chicken strips and they looked like they'd been thrown at the plate it was such a mess. The place itself feels dirty and I would not recommend using their toilet facilities. The staff have been great every time I've visited and the cocktails are fab.

The food was mediocre at the very best not very warm. There was a young waiter and he was running round like a headless chicken I mentioned that it wasn't very warm which immediately found offensive and ran off like some little grass to the manager luke I was in the wrong. The manager came over and apologised and said if he could do anything by this point the food was stone cold I said not to bother and I are the cold ribs which again weren't very meaty quite chewy and not really BBQ. I have been told excellent thing but for my own experience. There was a waiter who came and was very apologetic he tried his best to look after us making sure we had refills of drinks, we made sure we tipped him as his friendliness was really the only saving grace to otherwise and extremely disappointing experience!

Visited here with a large group 22, I think they dealt with us excellent and all got served quiet quickly. Only thing is id say portions are a bit small for the money and was a mix up with my dessert being given to someone else but can't fault the food was all lovely!

counted 15 empty tables yet they kept piling people round the bar. stood for over an hour before walking out. terrible
