Convenient Location but Disappointing Cleanliness This accommodation is conveniently located, just a 1-minute walk to the tube station and less than 10 minutes on foot to Westfield Shopping Centre. Parking at Westfield is available for £20 per day, which is reasonable and makes it easy to transition to tube travel for accessing all of London. However, there were a couple of issues that would prevent me from returning to this place. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room and shower was disappointing. While the sheets, pillows, and duvet were clean, the carpet and shower glass were not well-maintained. If you're meticulous about cleanliness, this place may not be the best choice. Another drawback is that the building is currently under construction. Scaffolding surrounds the property, leaving no view to enjoy, which detracts from the overall experience. While the location is excellent, these issues made the stay less enjoyable for me. I recommend considering other options if you prioritize cleanliness and a pleasant view during your stay. The hotel is very dated, definitely not a 4*. Our double room was small, everything seemed old, carpet, curtains etc. Not super comfortable but the bed was ok. Reception person was nice. The proximity to the central line is amazing, but the area is quite loud. We slept ok nonetheless. Our shower was very weird, it was difficult to use the hand shower and it was more like an annoying mist than a shower. There should be a note to facilitate its use!
A very nice hotel within close proximity to Shepherd's Bush tube station and the Westfield shopping centre. We got an Uber from Paddington, and it cost us £8.96 which was extremely reasonable. The hotel does not have a lift, but there is a porter on hand to help you with your cases. The rooms are very clean and they and room service is carried out every morning. Work is being carried out on the outside of the building and scaffolding had been erected directly outside our bedroom window, so we had instructions written down in our room to keep the curtains closed for our privacy. There is a kettle in the room together with milk, tea, and coffee. The bed was very comfortable indeed. The bath towels were large! There were plenty of places to eat nearby, including a Weatherspoons directly across the main road and a Greggs located just inside the tube station. If you turn left out of the hotel, walk past the tube station, carry on walking about 100 meters, you reach the Westfield shopping centre on your right. There are several nice restaurants on the left. We had an evening meal at The Bull. The reception staff were extremely nice, especially the person who was on duty on Thursday and Friday morning, she was so helpful and kind. We felt that the hotel and its location catered for all our needs for our short leisure trip to London.
I stayed in a single room while attending an event at Olympia. The hotel was easy to find and my room had plenty of space and was very clean. Bed was comfy and i slept really well. Staff were helpful on check in. If you have accessibility issues though, there is no lift but i only had a small case so this was not an issue for me. My partner and I stayed at W12 Rooms on two occasions during July and loved our time there. The staff were very accomodating and kind. The rooms were also clean and homely. Lots of nearby restaurants and the shopping centre is a 3 minute walk! Would recommend this hotel when visiting London!!Rooms: 5/5
Disappointing experience, definitely NOT 4 star hotel. The interior is not well aged, the booked twin bed seems for baby twins, if you stay just one night you get just one tea bag, the electronic lock decided to be under construction as well, the staff seemed not to like their job. Rooms: Ya… are these really rooms or closets with a window? The electronic lock was defective so backup is a real key. The curtains looked like being a prop from adult movies, including stuff I do kot want to identify. Twin bed seemed to be just for one twin. Maybe a baby twin. Walkability: Thank god the subway was near and city is walkable so I did not need to stay in the room. Food & drinks: HAHAHAHA… jut one tea bag on the room. Asking for more cane the answer “you stay just one night”. I mean… begging for tea in London? Seriously?
The team at W12 Rooms were super accommodating, and offered an early check-in when I called to check their check-in times. They have a 24/7 reception desk, and they're a 2 minute walk from Sheperds Bush station. My room was clean, comfy and spacious. I'd definitely recommend or visit again, for any trip to London. Safety: There is CCTV outside the front door, and you need to buzz to be let in. Once you have a key card you can scan it to get in. You have to pass reception to get to any rooms. It feels very secure and is quiet inside.
Amazing value for money and friendly staff! The room was smaller, but we’ve seen that already before booking. The bathroom was actually a lot better equipped than expected. The shower was better than some more expensive hotels, credits where credits due. Location is also great, a couple of meters away from the underground, supermarkets and some bakeries.
Stayed for one night. Renewed hotel. Friendly staff. The room wasn't too big, fit for purpose, nice toilet. Good shower. Close to the station which was my main goal.
Just outside Shepherds Bush Station but a single door so hard to find. Great room and bathroom with all mod cons. Comfy bed and a great price. Right next to Westfield but I went to the Albert Hall which was 15 minutes by bus. I will go back and I recommend this place if all you want is a no frills stay at a good price. Nearby activities: Westfield. White City and QPR football. Bus/train will take you to the West End.
