Very cozy, magical atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. They play classical music all day long and the lounge where tea is served is very charming. Great location, right by the Olympia station with access to the Circle line and also easily accessible by bus. Highly recommended.

small room but nice, breakfast ok, good location with underground connection

Nice and cozy. Budget friendly. Staff were kind and polite. Borrowed an umbrella on a rainy day from the front desk and they were happy to help.
