Love the recliner seats, ridiculously comfortable but in Screen 6 they are too close to the screen. Actually made me feel a bit sick when colours were very bright. Took a bit of getting used to. Otherwise fabulous cinema. Loads of toilets, good cinema food. Bit pricey possibly.
Seats are comfortable and just about that. Costumer assistant does not knows the combo deals, they charge £7 for a large popcorn what wasn’t even nice full off hard bites and not popped out properly and definitely not fresh. The room had the ac on it’s middle of October there is no need for it I set all the movie with my winter coat on as it was freezing. Not a enjoyable experience.
Its been years and i mean years since ive been to the cinema and WOW those chairs are something else !!! Watched Elvis the movie which was great itself but the reclining chairs made it feel like a real outing moveable tables too, thought in was in a giant spacious and fancy aircraft lol It was brilliant I must say !! Having a sore knee really made the whole experience so comfortable and gave going to the cinema a new meaning Everywhere looked nice and clean also, wld definitely visit again
Great seats, very comfortable probably the best cinemas seat I've ever sat on! Toilets were clean, unlike other vue cinemas that I have been to previously and the popcorn was fresh, did not taste stale! And a huge thank you to the the staff there, you guys are great! Definitely will be going back there again.
Really great place if you want to watch a variety of movies for a very reasonable price! The staff are really lovely and welcoming! The food is a little more on the expensive side but the ticket prices make up for it! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have a great day out and watch a movie with the family or a loved one
I took my friend to the Vue, Garston on Monday night. We arrived half an hour before the movie start according to the online time. I queued more than half an hour for the tickets. We planned to watch two movies back to back, and when I was assured that the cinema was air conditioned, I bought tickets for both films so I would not have to queue again. Because of the long wait to get tickets, it was pitch black in the cinema and the film had already started. I am elderly and not too good on my feet, so I went back out to ask a staff member if he could show me to my seat with some light. He said he could not leave his post, there was no one else, so we fumbled our way back and sat in the first row in the first available seat. I had paid extra to sit further back. We only had 15 minutes between films, and I did not want to relive the dark seat finding experience and we found our seats while the lights were still on. The air con was on during the first part of the first film, but had been turned off by the time the second one started. It was boiling hot in Screen 4 for the duration. If I had known there would be no air con, as promised, we would not have stayed for the second film. Overworked staff, and not enough staff, so not a great experience.
Great experience! Went to watch FF9 and the seats were kept as two metre distance within other individuals which was really good. Staff were friendly and polite. Free parking
The cinema is nice and has a good atmosphere about it only just on this visit the film stopped running four times during the film. This was due to power issues in the complex although all the other lighting around hadn't changed justbthe film stopped. When speaking to a member of staff about this they were deflecting away saying its nothing to do with us which probably is the case just that the way they went about telling us this could have been handled better. All we would of liked to hear is sorry, rather than its nothing to do with us, that the film has been interrupted due to power issues that are beyond our control.
Great cinema, lots of parking outside, and very comfy recliner seats.
Saw the preview of Don't Worry Darling in the small screen with reclining chairs. Excellent price for the tickets half the cost of Cineworld IMAX which was also previewing the film before general release, incredibly comfortable chairs and the film was great! Happy me :
