First time at the spotlight, should have visited sooner.nMy granddaughter was performing  which was amazing but the venue, bang on.nLovely space, goid bar, ordered pizzas, bang on, thin crust, fresh toppings, served by, friendly, professional staff. Made for party feel welcome.nFacilities clean and disabled access.nGood parking.nI will be taking in a show in the future.nHighly recommend and will be back.

Have visited this venue on numerous occasions for various shows and presentations by local groups which are always very well run. However recently witnessed two young lads trying to buy drinks with cash and being told they were unable to because of the venue being cashless. It was a particularly hot day and there were lots of teenagers and children for this event, some without parents. Couldn't see any water stations or provisions. Parents were buying bottled water in bulk in the end. Not all children have access to card payments and as cash is legal tender this should be considered by the venue when hosting events for the local community.

Big disappointment!nPaid £25 for a ticket ti see “Uncle funk’s Christmas party “nAlthough the music was good, they were late starting, 8.15 then had a 20 minute break at 9pm and finished at 10.10 only to find out the bar was shut also!nThere wasn’t one decoration up in the hall apart from black table cloths on the tables,nIt was almost like a school disco even down to the cheap plastic cups the drinks were served innNot worth the £25 ticket price!!!!

Went to see the Magic of Motown show at this theatre. Was a great experience from start to finish - the car park is in the theatre grounds so next to no walking and was free. There’s a bar where you can buy bar snacks or pizza and it’s a nice smallish intimate auditorium. Had a lovely time and will definitely be looking for other shows to see.

A specious modern regional theatre with a diverse presentation of drama and live music performances.nA pleasant and spacious bar area with friendly helpful staff and plenty of tables and seating for pre-performance drinks and snacks and a spacious car park adjacent to the theatre building.
