Went to see E.T The Extra Terrestrial and before film started a lady came on to have a few words about it, which was lovely.nBefore film started, curtains opened which was great. It was a FAB experience.
What an amazing experience. I didn't know what to expect, I walked downstairs to my seat, and it was comfy, and the Odyssey has a cosy vibe. The film was good. The staff were friendly, there was a bar with snacks and drinks open throughout, I didn't even hear them serving drinks through the film. I will be returning as I really enjoyed the experience.
A wonderful evening in a beautiful, classical cinema. Extremely comfy seats, a table, a bar, and a classic film. What more could you ask for? Thank you to the owners and all of the staff for preserving this cinema and giving visitors a special experience.nnWho needs 4DX maybe children when there's Oddesey for grown ups who love a stylish cinema experience! nnThere's no onsite parking, but there are car parks about 10 mins walk away.
Really beautiful cinema and lovely viewing experience - but awful customer service.nnMy partner and I had just had our tickets scanned and went to look at the bar menu, when my partner was grabbed by the shoulder and steered away from the bar by a member of staff, saying ‘go to the back of the queue’. There was no need to physically manhandle us when a polite tap on the shoulder would have sufficed. So rude and has put us in a really bad mood before the film we’ve paid lots for!
