Absolutely amazing time today to see Dinosaur Live! The staff at the theatre were lovely and really helpful with our questions, the seating was good, we got seats at the very front, and other than the speakers being a bit high, we did have a great view! We have already made plans to go back for other shows!
This is a nice venue. Comfortable, spacious seating. Drink was a little expensive, but it's a night out, so to be expected, I guess. Nowhere to store your coats, etc, which is a bit silly in the cold & wet weather. As a newly refurbished venue, you would think they'd have a cloakroom. Staff we spoke to were pleasant.
Went there to see the joker! In general nicely refurbished except for the very dull pinewood covered passageways to the cinema! The cinema hall it self was comfortable however i question the placement of a handrail partially blocking the fire escape! Also a big no no are the toilet roll dispensers ! They have gone for the cheapest of the cheap toilet paper dispensers. One square tissue at a time not good or hygienic at all! However the staff are very friendly and helpful
Cash less venue. No signs to indicate this. No WiFi, so phone transactions were difficult. Hard to pull up digital tickets, due to no WiFi, and poor phone signal inside building. Seats are designed for people over 5 foot 4 tall. The seat is so long, you either sit back and have feet dangling in the air or sit forward, perching on the edge of the seat. Could be, should be, so much better.
Fantastic venue in Hertford for the arts. Its recent revamp has made it a great place to enjoy a slice of culture, some stand up comedy or local production.
