Theatre 9. Very comfortable seating with plenty of leg room and uninterrupted view of the screen. Prebooked the seats but the machines did not work so had to check in at the theatre. Long queue at the popcorn counter seemed to take ages to get served. Cinema clean and modern with wide aisles and good clean restroom. Helpful staff. Plenty of free car parking. Invalid friendly. Will go again next time here.

Been twice now to Cineworld and enjoyed the experience. Positives: huge selection of films to choose from - 17 screens. Starbucks within the complex. Good loos. Comfortable seats, well ramped so you can see the screen clearly. Cons: strong smell of popcorn as soon as you enter the building. I wish they didn't sell cellophane wrapped bags of sweets which infuriatingly viewers start rustling as soon as the lights go right down ready to watch the film!

This cinema complex is situated out of town on the Barman retail park. Therefore the parking is free an their are a good selection of eating places scattered around the site. There are 17 screens, one of which is an iMax. It is a clean friendly place with plenty of room to meet friends in the foyer. We saw Journeys End in one of the smaller screens but sound quality was still excellent and picture quality good too.

Far too many screens! Why would you want so many screens in one place, I don't know. As a wheelchair user, I cannot fault the staff who are polite, courteous & respectful. They were able to drop their current task to assist with opening doors and showing me the correct route. So a massive Thank You!! I didn't find the food hugely overpriced, that was always a major thing years back. The cineworld was clean and tidy. My overall experience was good. Personally i wasn't overly impressed by the picture quality in the screen I watched the film in. The sound could of been better too. But I was told that this was a basic screen.

The environment was welcoming and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. I had pre-ordered tickets and found again that I couldn't get them from the machine...this needs to be sorted, defeats the idea of ordering online if you then need to queue
