If you want a milkshake make sure you come 5 business days before your movie starts because some strong slow motion spell has been put on the employees. Next time some manners spells should be added too.
The screens are fine, the sound system is good. The cleanliness of the place is questionable, in particular, the toilets. The screen we sat in, smelt damp and needed a good cleansing. The general housekeeping of the venue is definitely questionable.nnDidn't have much interaction with the staff as booked our tickets through the self serving machine, which also needs updating as does not allow you to pay contactless and you have to insert a card?!nnMediocre experience overall.
As much as I love the cinema, Luton is hampered by a poor selection of English language films. There is a great selection of foreign language films though. One issue is that lots of films are advertised here but never shown. Those advertisements include posters and film trailers.
Not too crowded. You can show the tickets at the entrance, they will scan it. Food and drinks available. Unlimited watching tickets available. Parking available. Park and pay at the time of exit. Overall a good experience.
Just a poor excuse for a cinema.nDirty. Expensive. Programming is very poor. Screens arent checked.nTook them 30 minutes to restart a film for its last 90 seconds. Wish I could say this was the only time as well It fails at its most basic of purposes. No point complaining to them in the cinema or beyond, no one listens.
