Went to watch Alien Romulus in 4DX, that was an experience, don’t recommend have the water spray function on whilst wearing glasses, if you do take plenty of wipes. It was one of the cleanest cinemas I’ve been to. Staff are friendly and helpful.
It's a fair set up. The staff are all competent and reasonably knowledgeable. The prices are ridiculously high for snacks and drinks but that's the way of the world in modern society... PS. If you're buying alcohol, make sure you take photographic ID.
First time to go to this branch. It was on a weekday so not many people. The place was clean. Staff was friendly. We watch a 2D movie and the seating was great for the screen, unlike very small branches with a small room. I was satisfied with the movie experience. Toilet was clean and had bo smell unlike the Woodgreen branch where the stench in the male toilet is so strong as if there had been no cleaner the whole day.
I've visited Stevenage Cineworld many times, thanks to the unbeatable £3 ticket offer through the Three+ app. The process of redeeming tickets is always smooth, and the cinema itself is well-maintained with comfortable seating and excellent screen and sound quality. The friendly staff also contribute to a positive experience.nnWhile the theater is generally clean, the seating area could use a bit more attention between showings. The concessions are a bit pricey, and there can be delays at the ticket counters, but these are minor issues considering the overall value. For regular moviegoers like me, this deal is hard to beat!
I'm happy to give 4 stars to Cinema Stevenage.nIt's clean, including toilets.nGood screens and seats, though it's a bit small.nNice staff.nNice IMAX and 4DX.nThe suggestion is to avoid checking multiple times by staff while watching movies. It's a disturbance. You can have a night vision camera instead. Honestly, I don't know why they do it.nThen, seats are placed in a steap without enough gaps for our legs.nI would say the front rows are below and very close to the screen, making unpleasant experience.
