Went to Vue Dagenham yesterday I watched Don’t Worry Darling film. The experience was brilliant the staff were helpful and friendly the 2 guys who came with bin bags and sweepers to clean the screen were polite and asked us if we enjoyed the film which was a pleasant experience as small gestures like that can make someone’s experience a lovely one! Cheap tickets, relatively quiet and brilliant staff members! Highly recommend this cinema!
Your bog standard Vue. Although it is a little dated so maybe not a great idea of your trying to impress a date. Food service is also very slow so if your running a little late I would advise against ordering anything especially as there is normally only one cashier working. But overall quite clean and a decent cinema experience.
Vue is amazing on price without a doubt and the fact that they allow outside snacks to be taken in in these difficult times is a bonus. I just wished there was a faster way to get tickets as opposed to queuing up for the counter. Maybe a ticket kiosk like other cinema’s would be advantageous to the business
Staff were brilliant at the counters , spacious and not crowded , quality screen , and sound and the correct room temperature. Book online VIP seats , we went in screen 1 £7.50 only Fantastic can’t go wrong , local to me gonna start making my Mondays more enjoyable from now on :
Went here last night and it was one of worst experiences of cinema I have had in a long time. Waited over 20 minutes just to purchase ice cream as the young guy working there decided to work at a snails pace. The place looks run down and dirty and attracts inconsiderate loud groups. Once sat down we have a group of six people in front of us that were constantly talking - one vomited on her way out of cinema. A group of 4 really loud and rude girls walked in 20 mins late, feet up on seats and refused to take them down when staff asked - pretty sure they came over from another film which would explain why they loudly left. Another pair walked in super late and were on the phones…told all of this to a member of staff only to hear him say well this is just that kinda place and shrugged his shoulders. Said he did the same thing when he used to go there as a kid…
Good local cinema, going here in place of showcase beckton which sadly closed. Lots of parking, screens are smaller but can get decent seats as not as busy as Vue Stratford. Overall a good experience to go locally
Tickets are never checked. Ticket machine doesn’t ever work hence the long queues. Honestly this place needs to be looked into in order to make improvements. Really not a nice experience with family. VIP seats are torn and the whole atmosphere of the cinema experience is awful. Won’t be going back there again!!
I went to screen 5 today. Every other seat had sick on it or some sort of substance that was dried up it was absolutely rotten. It had food every where and seemed like it was not being cleaned regularly- completely unacceptable. Disgusting.
Always plenty of seating available during my visits. Staff can be hit and miss when it comes to serving customers pleasantly. They are a bit slow in their service speed.
Went to see Avatar 3D excellent film and you don't realise it's nearly 3 hours long.. With ticket + £2 for 3d glasses a coffee and popcorn £21.78. Not a cheap night out if you have children. Drinks & food are expensive £3.99 for a bag of sweets you can get for £1 in Tesco's outrageous really. Apart from that all good.
