Staff were polite when we arrived. We were in screen 1, wasn't too bad, sound was just ok. Upon leaving, I noticed several staff standing around being rather rowdy, which I felt wasn't a great look for the cinema. Parking just around the back is very convenient and free after 6pm, I didn't notice the pricing as we were there post 6pm.
I love the cinema and this venue is my happy place .I have an unlimited card so I'm here a lot. The only things that would make me moan is to do with the general public done of them cause the problems ,when the lights go up after the film I can't believe the way people leave it popcorn all over the floor rubbish but the staff are there waiting to clean it up and they do a good job they must be so frustrated.The toilets are mostly clean but have been in on the odd occasion where not so good but how can they deal with the way people leave it I know that they go in a lot to clean them. My only complaint is the temperature its always too cold for me but temperature is a personal thing and once I did tell the manager who said just let them know and they will try to sort it cant be fairer than that. So overall a good experience at Cineworld. My unlimited card is 10.99 a month and I can go see as many films as I like and sometimes if it's a really great film I can see it more than once great value and they do show most of the films that I want to see.
This used to be a 5-star place around 7 years ago but has gone downhill, yet still manages to show good movies for a low price. Pros: •The lobby is very neat. •The staff are caring and know how to do their jobs. •Ticket prices are cheap. •There is a good variety of snacks •Excellent parking. •Bus stops less than 15 metres away •Overall management is good Cons: •The theatres are small and some may consider it cramped •Sometimes the toilet may be messy
Cinema is very small- had watched 2 movies here till now. Good thing is- it is not over crowded. Staff is always smiley and welcoming : Toilets were mess this time - as it was clogged with toilet papers and no one was there to clean it up! Location is convenient and ticket prices are not very expensive. So overall- a good place to enjoy the quick movie
As a pair of pensioners, we opted for the 11.40 show nice and early The film was aimed at adults, who all behaved themselves, making it an enjoyable visit. All staff were polite and there to help.
Located not too far from the Council offices & The Marriott Hotel. Cinema parking free after 6pm. Comfortable seats,clean cinema ,lots of places to grab a meal before or after.
Been to see Lisa Frankenstein thought the film was totally barmy. The lead actress was good as was the ghost. The backing music was at times better than the film.

I have spent many a happy hour enjoying films here, and look forward to many more.I have found the staff to be very helpful.The toilets are always clean and well stocked. The screening rooms are always clean and comfortable.
Went here years ago it was one of the best times and memory's I share with my nan. Staff friendly.
