I came here the other day as I don’t come these ways very often. The staff were friendly but place is kept pretty clean. Kaspas desserts is located right outside it which needed a visit after the movie!
Sound quality was really good and lots of legroom for taller viewers. Lines for food can get a bit long but there are free drink refills which is great! Didn’t have too much interaction with staff but they seemed alright. The toilets aren’t the best though and there was a huge mess at the bin after our viewing. I think bins closer to each screen door would be better
Scott went above and beyond to make my visit amazing! Friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about customers. His outstanding service made all the difference—Vue is lucky to have him!
Genuinely I used to love coming to VuenNever had much problem but last two time I had notice they had not clean the screen sitting area and very smelly and dirty.nToday we had seen more verse.nIt was felt like paying for VIP seats to seat in the bin. It was that bad. And we were waiting outside as they said they are cleaningnBut really they didn’t clean even a beatnVery sad that this community place is getting more and more dirty.
Would give zero stars if i could.nnThe experience we had at the Romford branch of Vue tonight was unexceptable. To say I was disgusted is an understatement.nnWe had paid for VIP seating, only to find that one chair had a broken armrest, and another was missing the arm pad entirely. Given the price charged for these seats, this is completely unacceptable.nnAdditionally, the cinema was in an appalling state. Just minutes before the film started, the floors were covered in rubbish and popcorn, and the seats were so dirty that we had to brush them off before sitting down. It was clear that no cleaning had been done beforehand.nnThis is not the first time we have encountered such issues at this branch, and it has put us off returning entirely. Vue is known for providing a high-quality experience, but this location is severely damaging that reputation.
