Good idea, poor execution. There are 6 or more tills but I have rarely seen more than 3 tills working except during major film premieres like Star Wars. There have been occasions when only one till is manned to serve a long line of waiting customers. It’s happening quite regularly during late shows. Slow unfriendly staff who look not interested in serving customers. Food and drinks are way overpriced, popcorn tastes old. Seeing staff bring huge plastic bags full of ready made popcorn made me think what ingredients are in the popcorn and was it prepared in a safe and healthy way. I plan on requesting official info about the popcorn from Vue and will update my review. I only found out recently that you can bring your own food and drinks except for hot food and alcohol. This is what I am planning to do from now on. Only the VIP seats are comfortable and only when they are clean and non-sticky that is. Screens are decent size and distance from the seats. Screen rooms have this heavy sour smell which is so putting off. Better cleaning and ventilation is required in my opinion. Mens toilets are disgusting and overflowing. Smell and look are below any reasonable standard of an establishment of this kind. In a nutshell I enjoy the films while trying to avoid noticing slow and unhappy staff, overpriced food, dirty toilets and smelly seats.

went to watch black panther yesterday and the service was great by the person serving us, but what was better was the prices. they have dropped significantly since the last time we tried vue reflecting the demographic that use this commodity very pleased

I love coming to this cinema because it's always clean and tidy. The screens are always kept up-to-date with the latest technology. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful.

Horrible and disgusting. Food way over priced. Toilets dirty, with water and rubbish on the floor. The smell in the screen sitting area is horrible, those sits need a proper wash. Even after members of staff came out with vacuum cleaner and full bag of rubbish, our sits were dirty and floor was sticky. Very, very disappointed.......

Comfy chairs, good screen size, good sound. Plenty if tills to buy snacks and tickets etc. Nice, friendly staff.
