This would have been a perfect experience today, but for the lack of soap in the ladies toilet by screen 1, even after asking staff and l was told that they will refill within 5 minutes. On my second visit to the ladies, there at wasn't any soap. This blatant disregard for the customers hygiene and in the aftermath of COVID-19, things like this should not be downplayed at all.
Spacious - usually empty. Easy to get tickets from online booking system. Popcorn + drink £8.95! Go large for £1 more. Free parking in multi-story short walk away, or paid in Sainsburys.
There were no sauce toppings for the ice creams that were being sold. A baby cried throughout the performance. The staff did not seem to know the policy for such an event and giggled when I told them. One finally came into the auditorium just when the baby was quiet. I was told that I could get a refund if I couldn't stay. I mentioned that getting a large party together was not easy and although a refund world be nice it wasn't ideal. .
Had a nice time with my granddaughter but didn't realise till the end of the film that there was booster seats!! No body told me , even a worker came in and I said that my granddaughter couldn't see over the seat and she never told me there was booster seats!! Apart from that had a nice time
It’s a decent cinema has many screens and it’s cheaper as well with many restaurants near by and a car park along with the Broadway and bus stops it’s in a great location.
Nice and quite in afternoon,best time to go but thought the sound was a bit to loud anyway friend and I enjoyed the film.
Relatively decent price tickets and has a lot of screens and show times. It is mostly empty so can get good seats
Great staff, clean venue, completely accessible for a wheelchair user when they refurbished they ensured that not all accessible seats are shoved directly in front of the screen so now I can enjoy all of the screen and not have neck ache. Easily one of the best Cineworlds in the country.
Absolutely shocking treatment!!! Visited this branch today as a birthday treat for my younger twin sibling’s birthday. We called to inform them we would be running late due to traffic and was advised to buy the tickets online which we did.When we got there the doors were locked at 15 past 9 . There was about 5 staff including the security guard who basically could see us standing there and literally ignored us for 10 minutes plus …that’s totally unacceptable . It ruined their birthday for my younger siblings that when we were eventually acknowledge they’d would rather go home because if how that had made us feeI.we had to call cineworld and tell them we are basically being ignored for the lady on the phone to advise is.When the security guard finally came over I asked the security guy why they blatantly ignored us and his response was that thats why he is here now. This isnt how anyone should be treated or made to feel.absolutely appalling
Convinient as parking is free after 6pm. Cinema clean but the screen 5 we were in the room seemed quite small.
