Always a fantastic time going here to watch a film. Comfy seating to recliners ! You always get good deals! The staff are lovely and attentive. One time my recliner wasn’t working , the manager had gave me a free cinema ticket for next time as a gesture of goodwill! The perfect tuning of the seat , the large screen , cinematic experience and brilliant sound!
It had been a few years since I had last been to this Vue and I was a bit disappointed. The Cinema was dirty and the recliner didn’t not work on one of the seats There were multiple black stains on the walls. It needs a revamp urgently. The prices are good and it is probably the cheapest option in town although I wouldn’t highly recommend.
The recliner seating is amazing and plenty of room for people to get past you.nHad to wait some time as only 1 person working at the front tickets and snacks it was an afternoon movie plus they don't take CASH ! The consession prices are astronomical. Gummy Bears £3:99
They closed the milkshake machine before 8pm AGAIN!!! This has happened 3 times so far in the last 3 months. The milkshake is the only reason i consistently come to vue, please resolve this issue!!!
I paid for my tickets online and when I arrived at the cinema with my wife and daughter I attempted to buy popcorn and coke for my family and tried to pay with cash to my surprise I was told they don't except cash so I had to pay using my credit card I wasn't happy about this.nI then was given my empty coke cup's and was told I had to fill them myself I found the drinks machine very difficult to use and got coke all down my arm not impressed.nI will probably boycott this cinema and any others that don't allow payments with cash as it takes away my choices and rights to use cash money.nI also found the staff to be a little rude when I asked for two straw's for our drinks the girl said what drinks when I requested the straw's so I snapped back and pointed to my wife and daughters drinks saying them one's.nNot a great experience but the movie was good...
