Cinema is always great. Tori is amazing. Clean and tidy, friendly staff. No issues at all, ever and we come here two to four times a month! Thank you Ely for being such a brilliant cinema! Keep up the hard work... I hope someone sorts out the   being on back order  ...been weeks now. Had supply issue with the sauce for ages. Not the staffs faults of course but someone needs to understand customers keep getting the shortfall and that's where you'll lose people. Whoever is in charge needs to do better. Your staff members at Ely are being kept down!

Fantastic Cinema - Booked the box seats with my husband being disabled and had a fantastic experience with plenty of room for both of us. Very attentive staff professional and very clean disabled toilets. We would recommend and will be visiting again!!!!

Great place to eat and go to the cinema. Parking is free and easy and it's very accessible.

When this complex was built a few years ago, it really changed Ely for the better, although I'm sure some would disagree with that.  It's great to have restaurants and a multiscreen cinema within walking distance.

Great place to eat coming back from work... Plenty of parking areas... Good food..
