We love Cineworld in ely , the Staff are always polite and very helpful.. we watched Sonic the hedgehog 2 and we all loved it. A great place to bring the family or just yourself and have the latest movies
Enjoyed the move , it has 6 screens . And a beautiful launch.
A pleasant retreat for any day either on your own or with friends and family. Just like any other Cineworld, staff is very friendly and helpful. The surrounding area also gives you the possibility to enjoy your time through a variety of choices such as: one Pub Isle of Ely, two restaurants Arbuckles and Nando`s , Mc Donald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Cafe. Car park is free for all and at times especially evenings is fully packed.
Watched Spiderman no way home and the seats were quite nice and it was a good movie and my friends like it and It made me feel like I had friends too Thanks for reading my review x
Cineworld is located at Ely leisure just off the A10 at the roundabout leading to Little Downham. As you arrive you enter a huge carpark that has several takeaways each served by the quality carpark and each outlet has several dedicated disabled bays. Cineworld has several disabled bays opposite the entrance. The footpath is smooth with a slight incline leading up from the carpark but nothing too challenging for wheelchair users. There is also two car charging points in the car park but sadly they are in the corner by the swimming baths. Way too for for me to tackle. The cinema itself is staffed by friendly helpful staff and we found them to be happy in their job. Ticket prices are the same as all the other cinemas and reasonable, the food is expensive as one would expect but if you want the entire experience you get what you pay for. The reception is clean and well presented as is the screen rooms as well. We did notice that many of the people entering were struggling to see which row was what, maybe the illuminated alphabetic row indicators needed cleaning as they are walked on all the time. Toilets were all clean and all stocked with the necessary requirements. A good cinema offering everything you need for the complete movie and snack experience without worrying about carpark charges . Highly recommended.
Cinema and staff were lovley and lots of parking. Be really careful in the cinema if it's wet outside. The floor is really shiny and we both nearly slipped over. Had we gone down we really would have hurt ourselves
Always have great experiences at Cineworld polite and good with children . Toilets are always clean
I've been to this cinema a few times and it's consistently good. The cinema is new so you would expect it to be nice and we'll presented. There is plenty of parking and a level access with no stairs. The foyer is nice and it's easy to buy or pick up tickets. There is still the frustrating Cineworld wiring system of picking a que and hoping it moves bit staff were quick and helpful. The toilets men's weren't that well signposted from the main corridor but not hard to find. They were clean but there always seems to be one thing out of use in there. The popcorn was amazing better than normal. The screen was nice and the picture and sound quality good and it was easy to see. We picked a row with loads of leg room so I'm not sure what the normal seats were like. The seats weren't very wide so not much arm room.. overall not bad, and so much better than the Leicester Square Cineworld I visited previously. I would come back here if it was convenient.
Paid online, which took less than 5 mins. Chose seating online. Arrived on time for the advertised showing of 6.10pm , showed reference code to the assistant at the entrance to the screens. Encouraged to get drinks and snacks before going thru to our seats. We didn't want anything, so went straight in. IF you plan to purchase drinks, etc, then give yourself an extra 10 mins before the showing time During these COVID times, the cinema insists on 2 empty seats between your group and the next group of people. In our case, we had a whole row to ourselves. I think there was around 20 people in that whole auditorium. Comfortable seating in Screen 3 not the luxury seats, although, happy about that, as it makes it easier for me to fall asleep in those seats!. Film started at 6.20pm after only 10 mins of Ads and trailers. Used the Ladies toilets afterwards,,, bright and clean everywhere. A very enjoyable experience, thank you
