Great cinema, always clean and tidy. Screens are in good nick, as are the seating. There is a Starbucks inside and a ice cream stall as well. Highly recommended.
Nice local cinema, lots of friendly and helpful staff. It's been through at least one big refit and improvement in the foyer, so looks smart when you walk in. Clean when we entered the number 10 screen, which is impressive because people had turned it into a pig sty by the time we left. Number 10 screen and many of the others are pretty small, a very long way from the vast screens I remember as a child. Some of the other screens here are much larger, so I guess you have to catch films on their release week for the best experience. Nice to have so much choice through.
Went to see Black Panther with my girlfriend. Quick and efficient ticket collection. Cinema was clean and quiet. Lots of staff around either ready for a big rush or not much to do. Plenty of space and comfy seating compared to our usual Odeon cinema. I'd love to get the yearly membership, but I think it's pricey compared to other chains.
Easily booked our tickets on the app. I liked the fact that we didn't need to validate the booking, we could just scan the QR code directly. The film was good. Seats were comfy & I'll happily book again
Standard Cineworld. Downsides the cinema was freezing. Had to put coats on and zip up to keep warm. This was in screen one. Toilets not that good either and we picked a morning slot to watch a film. Thought they might have started off clean??
Glasses for 3d are not included We came to watch Avatar at 14:30 and there is still commercials!!!
Easy to access, large spacious cinema with comfortable seats, great to have a Starbucks inside especially in this cold weather!
Changed massively since my last visit here. And for the better too. Welcoming lobby is extremely clean and is designed to a highly professional standard. The screening room I was in, number 2, had incredibly comfy seats and also increased leg room which was a welcomed change. Food is slightly dear, however to be expected as they need to be able to make money. Best cinema local to Essex in my opinion.
Had a fantastic time watching top gun maverick. Fantastic cinema. friendly staff . Will be back again soon .
Went to see the new Minions film, which we enjoyed. But weird and distracting behaviour from staff, who came in 3 times and filmed the audience standing next to the screen, even during the film! Shame they didn't pay so much attention to cleaning as seats/floor had popcorn over them and we were first to enter so it wasn't anybody already in there.
