We had my 12 year old daughter's party here today, was really good. Very well organised, a good price, felt looked after, and all round excellent service. Well done to Jo and the team
This was a nice experience for my family and I. The food was good. The staff was really helpful as well. I love the recliner chairs in the theatre, which is now standard. There is good enough space in the first aisle for parents as we brought our two year old in her push chair. Definitely recommend.
Easy to find, easy to park, everything clean and tidy, drinks and snacks extortionate, it was warmer than expected given the cost of energy at the moment and the cold weather clothing made it too warm. Biggest problem was VOLUME. At almost 70 my hearing's not the best, but you need earplugs to listen comfortably. The movie was rated 12A but I would not bring kids into this environment. please turn the volume down.
I absolutely love this cinema. The reclining seats are awesome. The cinema foyer is clean and the staff are great. The one downside is that the cost of popcorn and sweets is rather on the expensive side. Apart from that, excellent!
Everytime we visit this cinema once every 2 months or so, most of the staff are always so miserable. Even the manager is so monotone and lacks basic customer service skills. You wouldn't even know he's the manager. Unfortunately, since this is currently the only cinema in Peterborough we have no option, but once other options are available I can see this place going down hill if they don't adapt, mainly due to extremely poor customer service which makes you feel very unwelcome. Next time I visit I will be updating my review with the staff names who provide poor customer service, including the manager! Having said that, once you get past the bad service, the positive thing is that the seats are recliners and have good leg room.
Second time we have been here with my daughter, she loves this cinema and spent time here watching the movie and enjoying her sweet popcorn ;
It would be great if you could train your staff some communication skills or just ask them to pass a good manners test as part of the interview process. Very poor customer experience, I will not come back.
My friend and I came simply to watch a film and get some snacks. We were severely disappointed. First of all the customer service here is unacceptable. We were stood at the till waiting for one of the employees to serve us, but no, we stood there waiting for 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention. Mind you the cinema was not busy at all, we were the only people waiting at the till and there were many employees walking around doing apparently nothing. In the end we had to wait until there were some different customers to go to the till to get noticed. There was about 6 employees stood just chatting. Once we got into the screen to watch the movie, there was a poo streak mark on my seat Very disgusted and disappointed!!!
There for the new Avatar movie. Clean, spacious, comfy reclining seats. A little noise bleed through from the screens on either side, but apart from that a really nice cinema.
Watched violent night and pre booked online the parking was easy with no charges. Collection of the tickets was quick just remember the card you used the seats were all reclining which made the seating comfortable.
