I used Philip Morris for a new carpet for my bedroom and was over the moon with the service and fitment. The carpet was expensive but was what I required. They didn’t try and push me and answered all my questions. Guys in the shop are very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Turnaround time was quick also. Great service all around guys. Thanks
Love my carpets as cost me £6,000 One of the guys who layed the carpets was rude left my rooms a mess cuttings every where, left bags of cuttings all over the place & scattered in every room. Left myself to take them to the tip as my partner was overseas. Considering I paid for them up front and waited an extra 2 months to get them from Italy
Excellent firm to deal with. Nothing is too much bother. Delighted with the end result. Would highly recommend.
My house was flooded several weeks ago and the insurance company put me in touch with Phil Morris. He was a very friendly and helpful man. His staff work at a first class rate and I would recommend them to anyone. My carpets and Lino were fitted in a couple of hours and the standard of work was second to none. I am one very pleased lady. Thank you for sorting out my problem with the insurance and my house .
Just had to say I am absolutely delighted with my new hall carpet it's looks great and the guys did a brilliant job fitting it. Thank you to everyone at your company for all their advice in helping me choose the right one in fact I am now seriously considering recarpeting my lounge with the same carpet so I may be back soon. Thanks again.
Visited Phillip Morris for the first time today. Don4 know the area so didn't know the shop was there. I will certainly be back and would highly recommend. Staff are superb, very helpful and friendly ! Small shop but great selection of carpets. Sorted me out with my carpets for now...I'll definitely go back @
I have used Philip Morris for around 15 years on a number of occasions for houses flats and offices the most recent being August 2016. They provide an excellent and friendly service. They never let you down and I cant see me ever going elsewhere.
