Bought a sweet Fender amp here on Saturday. Really friendly and helpful staff. Was shown straight to the amp, and was plugged in and left to play about. Guy in the check out was also great, ran through the manufacturers guarantee and was told any problems get in touch. I’ll definitely be back, my new favourite shop.

These guys sold me a great piece of kit cheaper than anywhere else in the world Music Nomad s-file, since you ask, shipped it superfast and then answered my dumb-ass follow up questions with aplomb. So yeah, I guess you could say I would definitely recommend them. Five stars from me.

I know nothing about music, but the staff were friendly and my mate seemed to love the amp he bought.  So if you know nothing about music but have a mate that does, they'll love this place.

Came as complete noob to look for my first Amp, staff has been super patient and helpful, answering all my questions and helping me/letting me try as many amps I wanted for as long as I wanted to. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and they were happy with me walking away without buying anything..  I finally ordered the Amp I prefered from their website Fender Vibro Champ, this is not a simple Amp to "master" as a complete beginner but I feel like BB King with every single notes I play !  I will definitly come back  They are also selling good accessories at a really fair price cables, etc

Very happy with both the service and the product. Guitar was delivered very quickly, in perfect condition and set up with perfect action/intonation. Would definitely buy from here again in future and strongly recommend them to others.

Bought my Fender Stratocaster Ultra after looking for one in the texas tea colour , 100% offered the best price in the UK for one that was in stock and not on back order,  i ordered over the phone with ease .... no drama ...  arrived the next day like a Russian doll with a box in a box in a box...  thanks again

Great service and great selection of instruments and gear. Went in with a very specific instrument in mind and once I was disappointed in how it felt to play, the staff helped me find a guitar that suited me and I couldn't be happier.  The purchase process was smooth deposit/finance/pick-up and I'm now a happy owner of a new guitar.  They stock a number of brands Fender,Ibanez, Reverend, Rickenbacker and more, so you are bound to find something suitable for you.  They also offer a sound insulated booth to test out gear but I wasn't able to use it.  Overall a great experience and highly recommend

Called in to check out acoustic guitars. Found Matt the sales guy really accommodating. Showed me a couple of Guilds and a Breedlove. Let me compare of them without any hassles. Now got my mind set on a Guild and will be taking a trip to Merchant City guitars to buy one! Very helpful, very knowledgeable, highly recommended!
