I'm very pleased with my purchase. I bought a pre-owned acoustic guitar. It arrived the next day. It was very well packaged, looks like new and sounds great! Thanks also to Bob at the Dundee store for helpful advise.
I've had a brilliant experience buying from this excellent guitar store in Aberdeen. Everything went smoothly. The pre sale advice was absolutely spot on and the person who dealt with me- Ivor - was friendly and helpful and extremely knowledgeable. My guitar arrived today and I am delighted with it. They have always been demonstrably amazing whenever I have visited. I am very much so a beginner in music and super awkward and they are always calm and willing to put an instrument in my hands after showing me what it can do so I can see if it is right for me. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else for my music needs because they are kind, not at all pushy, and you can just love music your way with their help. Thanks so much to the team there!

Got a quote to trade in an amp only to be told they'd only pay 80% of what they quoted me once I got into the store. By that point I'd already hauled an amp into town so just accepted it. Edit: I was, after this review, phoned the next day and told that unless I changed the review they would be withholding payment for the amp and I would need to go back and collect it. Apologies guys that one star was a typo my experience with kennys guitars was actually excellent! Disgusting way to run a business.
Had a look at guitars today the staff Sam was lovely but thought the prices were a little expensive not a great range for beginners
Great dependable shop, got 2 guitars from them both great and at great prices as well. Very happy and I was also a part of a sweepstakes thanks to my purchase. Very thankful to you guys and your team for sorting everything out. I will definitely visit when I am in Glasgow. All the best!
