Not a drummer myself and no nothing about it but I recently made a purchase from here. Genuine 5 star service from start to finish, can't thank these guys enough for the outstanding service I received. Highly recommended and will most certainly use again if the occasion arises.
After being let down by an online company, we found Drummers Only. Chris was so helpful during our initial enquiry and gave us the confidence to buy. Our son's drum kit was assembled and ready to collect a few days later. The customer service, quality of the drum kit and smooth process made the entire transaction an absolute pleasure. Chris was knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Our son is delighted!

Great service as always. Been buying almost all my gear new and used at Drummers Only since 2010. Numerous reasons but mainly the service and advice. I've dealt with most of the staff over the years, but mainly the now manager Chris who is a top lad and great asset to the store/company. Whether buying a new kit or a pair of sticks, he always takes time to give advice and support. This time it was a snare head; great advice on both selection and the black art of fitting & tuning. Been a long time customer of drummers only and will continue to be as long as they are trading which hopefully is a long long time. Always normally Chris I deal with and they are always happy to help and advise on questions about equipment. Brought my 1 year old son in to the store today and he loved it. Anything that he can hit with a drum stick that will make a very loud noise he loves.... So... Easy to see why he enjoyed the store. I don't doubt he will become a customer as he grows older himself. Big thanks for the help today on the purchase. Will be seeing you guys again very soon for more personal bank emptying expeditions. Dougie.

A fantastic store with a great range of anything to do with drumming, I had help from the lovely staff there who guided me on what I was looking for, as well as a kit to test them out prior to purchase! I highly recommend coming here for any new gear you are looking for, or a good guide on what you have in mind!
Ordered a Yamaha electronic kit for my son for Christmas. Great service in store, delivered promptly. However the snare drum was a bit loose on the frame and the guys not only ordered a new part but delivered it to my home personally. Great guys, great service and great products.
Fantastic service! Went with my daughter who had so many questions for the guy that served us and he took the time to answer them all. Great range of stuff so she was able to get everything she needed and advice on setting it all up. Can't rate them highly enough, well worth the 100 mile round trip to see them in their new store. We'll definitely be back.
