Great versatile store. Along with a great range of movies, it holds a surprising variety of action figure such as Star Wars Black Series, Marvel Legends, and DC Multiverse. It also stocks a great selection of anime. And all with associated merch such as t shirts and posters. Well worth a visit.

Why is it that in America there are no more music and video shops? This shop proves that not all are streaming.  Nope. I forgot how great is is to be surrounded by so much music! I miss the staff recommendations and stopped and looked at what they recommended. What a way to find out new music. The store is three spacious floors of music, movies and things related.  Streaming may by here, but dont count out music stores just yet. Oh, and did I mention the LARGE vinyl section?? Yes!! Vinyl, vinyl and more vinyl.

The customer service from one individual was shockingly poor. She appeared to be aspiring to reach for the giddy heights of putting in the minimum effort but falling short. Employing people who don't know who Jake Shears and Bobby Gillespie are in a store that sells their releases seems short sighted. People with a casual interest in music are often aware of who the Scissor Sisters and Primal Scream are, but no, not in this instance. That they were unaware of an instore promotion featuring both provided plenty of evidence that they had little interest in meeting the needs of customers. Is it worth mentioning the tone? I've heard more warmth and enthusiasm from an automated message when calling the inland revenue.

Lovely shop, cost feel and staff are really helpful. The chain is very British and does a good job of getting in the latest stop. The shop has plenty of stick as well as the odd band signing

Excellent place, been shopping here since early 1990s. Good prices for film media on a par with other major online retailers and supermarkets. Always prefer to shop from hmv/fopp and support them.

The quickest shopping trip ever in and out in less than three minutes found my product easily, no queue at the checkout, plenty of checkout operators on duty, polite and friendly, even trying to up sell during the transaction didn't ruin my day, card machine worked first time.

Dropped in on an old nostalgia trip but It's very different from HMV of old. Sells dvd, blue ray etc but lots of weird stuff and "collectibles" at 46 I don't think I am their demographic anymore.

Good selection of products, it's the first time trying to buy from their site, but I couldn't get my purchase completed although that could've been my fault, but I like the fact that they have practically every type of music you can think of.

I personally really like this place, I come in when I can and browse. I love the kpop area as this place makes getting albums easier for me because sometimes shipping costs online are almost half of the album itself, however, there isn't much variation in groups. I only usually see bts, enhypen, blackpink, seventeen and a few other groups. While this isn't an issue, I personally would like more of a range. I understand how this is hard to do as it's such a small area to work with but one day I'd hope to see stuff of P1harmony.
