After visiting some record stores in glasgow on my trip here, I must say this is the best one. Very good collection. Especially if you are searching for psychedelic stuff. Prizes are fair too. After digging records get a coffee outside and be happy, what you hunted today.
Great catalog, including lots of brand New alternative stuff. When in Glasgow, do not miss this little gem, Hidden in a corner of the Mono bar.
Picked up a couple of records here. The store is at the back of the cafe. First time here. On my international vinyl shop list to check out after having bought from them via post in Singapore ! For an indie music person like me it is probably the best shop in the world. I'd wish they would stock more 2nd vinyl they do-pretty good stuff-but most of the stuff is new. If I lived in Glasgow, this would be my second home. Thanks for creating such a friendly atmosphere for browsing and for even offering me cardboard packages for a safe transport by plane. I've been to many record stores- this is definitely one of the best! Not my first visit and surely not my last! Cheers and greetings from Berlin!

Great live music place with vegan food and records. What’s not to love.
There's a cafe and bar before you get to the shop, a great afternoon out! Prepare to spend a few bob and fill yr boots. If yr lucky, you may drop on an exclusive, limited edition. The staff at Monorail know their stuff and are very approachable. You can't say that about some record shops. Always pop in when in Glasgow
I brought in some Beatles records mostly from abroad to sell and they went through them to identify them and updating me as they looked them up on the internet. Gave me the BEST price for the albums and far more than other record shops in the city centre.
Been wanting to visit Monorail for some time, so glad I got to spend a couple of days here on a recent trip to Glasgow. They have an exceptional amount of quality stock, and lots of exclusive items and signed copies etc.. Great staff and well worth a dig through all of the racks. Brilliant layout and well presented store, reward your self afterwards with some refreshments in the bar / cafe. Superb!!!
